This is a notice which confirms that the treasury has enough cash to pay warrants numbered 589 through and including 609, and that "Interest on the above described warrants ceases this date." Signed by "D. [?.] Weston Tert Treas." The engraving on the letterhead shows a miner and a farmer, with the state motto "Oro y Plata" (gold and silver).
