Dated 7th Nov 1884. The text reads:
"Judge Warner
Dear Sir
At the request of [Com?] Jeffries and Neal [?awter] I write with reference to Hennesey - to let him go on his own [recognizing?] once upon the [appearance?] that he will leave the country - [?awter] tells me that the [witnesses?] are of the migratory class and most likely will not be here at the next term
Cleveland is elected without a doubt
