Dear Sir:
Enclosed find papers sought to be served on Mrs. Elizabeth Matthews. They (the Matthews) are in Great Falls.

You may report to W. E. & M. P. McNally that the papers sent to be served on John Hennessey and wife of this place were duly and personally served on them May 11th by J. C. O'Brien constable of Whitefish Township. That his fees for serving the same are $2.00. You may charge them as seems good to you for attending to the matter. Between you & me the affair is settled, except that I am still under many obligations for favors, which I shall be more than pleased to return, by accommodating you in any such way
Yours etc
B. F. Maiden"
