"Mr. C. W. Pomeroy.
Kalispell, Mont.
Dear Sir, I am Enclosing You blank Proxy as directed, And I Wish You would send me Statement of The indebtedness against the building, and if there is A good prospect of ever paying out.
I was informed at Kalispell last weeke [sic] that there was still $ 13000 against the building, And was under the impression that, That was all there was in the first place.
