The engraving on the upper left shows a forest scene with lumberjacks cutting trees. The last line reads, "All Bills due and payable on first of Month following purchase. Interest on bills past due 12 per cent per annum."

Dated Sept. 30 1895. Mr Schonsberg ∓ Co. owed a total of $135.65 and several payments are listed (Sept 16 and Oct 11) bringing the balance to $50.60.
