Dated March 1st., 1888. The Territory of Montana acknowledges bills due for postage and printing in the total amount of $55.50 for the months of January and February, 1888. The adjutant general's signature is C. W. Turner. The notary is J. Adleinson [?]. Signed and OK'd for payment by Preston H. Leslie, governor of the Territory. On the reverse, in red ink, is the notation that this document was filed "with vouchers 7739-40-41"
