"Mr. C. W. Pomeroy
Kalispell, Mont.
Dear Sir:-
Please let me know what your best terms would be for collecting about $250000 or $300000 against the Rustler Mining & Milling Co.
This amount is the sum total of 5 or 6 different parties, who the Co. Owes.
I understand that the Rustler M. & M. Co's affairs are now in shape that it could be thrown into bankruptcy, so that these debts could be collected, am I correct?
Please let me know your terms at once, as I understand Mr. Noble expects to be in Kalispell about the 20th, and if it is agreeable with the other parties here to employ you, we will want you to take the case up with Mr. Noble when he arrives.
Your Truly,
F. M. Plummer"
