Kalispell
My dear sir
Some time ago you Sent me a deed in connection with same timber transaction between Bonners Ferry Lumber Co,- Kearney, Fleetwood, and myself The deed was of too complicated a nature for me to attempt to follow its courses and provisions so I simply did not use it for any purpose - please send me your bill for drawing same & oblige
Very Truly
John P. Wall"
The letter is stamped "Aug 14 Ans'd".
"And oblige" seems to be a shorthand for "please oblige me with a reply."
