Dated Mar 11 1896. The letter is for J. M. Keith Esq of Missoula. It seems that Mr. May sent a check for $75.00 to C. H. Edwards for painting and for one report of the Horticultureal[sic] Society. He is sending a signed note to Mr. Keith to cover this check.
