Dated September 17, 1917. The top of the letter reads, "Kenney Estate." The remainder of the letter reads:
"A. S. Christie, Esq.,
We have your favor of the 14th inst., Today we interviewed the surveyor, and are advised by him that he can go out to the ranch to make the survey on the afternoon of the 20th, and probably do the surveying on the 21st.
This will give us an opportunity to dispose of the probate matter before you go.
