This is a Bill of Lading (Form 351) No. 4740 from the Chicago & North-Western Railway Company.

Dated May 28 1890. The shipment is "40 Racks Matches (5 Each)" to be delivered in Dillon by way of the "Union Pacific R'y" via Council Bluffs. The eventual recipient is S. R. Buford & Co. of Virginia City, MT. The shipment originated in Chicago and the Commercial Agent was T. S. Rattle [the signature appears to be W. Rattle however]
