The letterhead is from "Great Northern Express Co. Boulder Mont" . There are numbers above the letterhead which read "F. X 128 1-28-93 20M D"

Dated July 11th 1893. This letter to "Mess. H. M. Parchen & Co." is a request for medicines and hypodermic needles from E. T. Fletcher. Noted in pencil at the bottom of the sheet are the items that were sent and in ink, the date (7/12-'93)
