The letterhead is from "Northern Pacific Railroad Company." In the upper corners are "6-12-93 200M P" and "sF. 230." Stamped on the front of the letter is:
"Thomas F. Oakes,
Henry C. Payne,
Henry C. Rouse, Receivers" .

Dated Oct 12th 189[3?]. The letter reads:
"My Dear daughter
inclosed [sic] find Nor[thern] Pac[ific] money order for thirty three dollars to do our business with I have got some things I will send you in A few days I think I will send by mail love to all & a kiss to sun beam
Geo L Meeker"
