Dated February 15, 1929. The letter reads,
" Leys Jewlers [sic] & Silversmiths
Butte, Montana
Dear Sirs:
Regarding express shipment #9386 consigned to Mrs. S. A. Schmitz, Anaconda, Montana.
This package was delivered to Mrs. Schmitz on December 24th and signed for by Mrs. S. A. Schmitz.
We will be glad to exhibit this evidence in case of furthur [sic] dispute."
