Dated Aug 25th, 1919. This is not letterhead, but a personal letter written in Anaconda, Montana by Thos. W. Clayton to Thos. N. Bailey, Esq of Butte, Montana. It reads:

"Friend Tom:-
Your letter of the 13th was recd. yesterday [8/24] it was recd. at the Anaconda P. O. on the 16th and I asked for mail every day some service.

Any letters sent to your address for me please hold as I expect to be in Butte within a day or two.
Fraternally Yours"
