Rocky Mountain Museum of Military History, Fort Missoula, Montana: Vietnam Huey pilot reunited with craft for first time since war
June 19, 2012 - Former US Army WO Ricky Gerontis of Washington state visits his Huey UH-1H (on loan from US Army Tank and Automotive Command) at the RMMMH for the first time since the Vietnam War. Gerontis was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for action in this aircraft during a KIA recovery mission.
